I was charged $1,000 more than agreed to withe the salesman over the phone. The salesman agreed with me that I was overcharged. The response from the Finance Manager was that I was told the amount a salesman over the phone. The salesman agreed with me that I was overcharged. The response from the Finance Manager was that I was told the amount at the closing, and I should have caught the error at the time. Very dismissive. Two factors played into my mistake: I am 82 years old and don't think as clearly as I once did. And, I never received a copy of the agreement I negotiated over the phone with the salesman. I believe that Jenkins of Chrystal River operates unethically. More
