Great! Rich was most helpful and work with me trying to get me the best deal. It took two trips to the dealership, only due to my indecision on the purchase. Once if finally decided everything went very smoothly. He took his time on showing me the functions on the car to the extent of having the doors locked on him because it was after seven o'clock before we finally got done. Thank you for you patience with me, I had not purchased a car in fourteen years so it was a big step for me. David, thank you for explaining to me the best way to purchase the car. You explained to me every possible way and what would be best. Brent, thank you for the time you spent with me and explaining every piece of paper I signed (and there were many). It's scary to buy a car! We were just looking and a friend told us they had a good experience at Citrus Kia. We spent about 3 hours test driving and talking to Rich Meier about what to do. It wasn't scary at all. There was coffee, water, snacks and a very pleasant waiting room. It was clean with lots of info provided for each car. We felt little pressure to ick a new car or to buy a car that day - things have certainly changed since we last bought a car from a dealership!
