Where did the pressure go? I visited several different brand dealerships, and then, after narrowing down my choice, a couple Kia dealerships. I liked Citrus Kia even though it' I visited several different brand dealerships, and then, after narrowing down my choice, a couple Kia dealerships. I liked Citrus Kia even though it's further away from my home. I liked the honest answers to my questions. I liked the pleasant test drive that was not laden with sales pitches. I liked all the employees who were polite and courteous, and the showroom that was spacious and clean with available refreshments. There was very little negotiation because I had already received an internet quote. The few changes that were made did not require 2 or 3 visits to "my manager." But you know what I missed.....NO PRESSURE. No pushiness to sign now. No bully coming out from the back office to squeeze the pleasantness out of the visit. And you know what else.....I loved the fact that it was gone. Thank you, Citrus Kia, and Rich Meier. More

Rich Meier, their internet sales manager got back to me right away with information about one of the Kia's in their inventory. Sadly, my Jeep had been recently t-boned and totaled by the insurance company, and I was in Zephyrhills, Florida for a few days visiting my parents to see what we could find. I wanted my dad's expertise, as he is extremely knowledge about vehicles and has a vast history and experience with buying them. Rich was kind enough to call my dad and answer all of his questions straight up and very straight forward, no gimmicks, no games, no pressure, just good old-fashioned top notch customer service! Although I returned to the Savannah, Georgia region and purchased my Kia locally, only because my time ran out in Florida and I had to return back home, and really could not afford another trip down there. Otherwise, I/we would have made the purchase with Rich because of his honesty and his manner of making a stressful process so much more tolerable and easy. Excellent Experience When we first spoke with Rich Meier on the phone, around noon on Wednesday, he said that most importantly he wanted to insure that he would find a car When we first spoke with Rich Meier on the phone, around noon on Wednesday, he said that most importantly he wanted to insure that he would find a car for us that had all the equipment and features we were looking for in a new vehicle. So he began to ask us a series of questions concerning the equipment and options. He was extremely polite, but kept us on task, he was determined to satisfy our needs. By that afternoon Rich had located a car that matched our requirements. We met with later in the afternoon and we finalized our selection. Rich spoke with Mike Reyes the Sales Manager and they made us an exceptional offer on a beautiful 2016 Sedona EX. Mike promised to have the car at Citrus the next day. The following day they had the car moved from a dealer 143 miles away so that we could drive away in a new van Thursday evening. We finished the deal with credit manager Pat Visconte, he was just as pleasant and accommodating as Rich and Mike. Everyone at Citrus Kia makes you feel as if you are part of the family, and we are proud to be a part of that family. Over a seven year period this is the third vehicle we have purchased from Citrus Kia. Accommodating customer service and good pricing makes it easy to build a relationship with this dealership.
