Usually great and will more than likely still use the location . Howevrer this time my oil change took over 2hr and they didn’t even reset my oil change notificatio and will more than likely still use the location . Not so happy customer I went for an oil change and was told by the service representative that was a walk-in and would have to wait up to 3hrs despite the fact that I had a I went for an oil change and was told by the service representative that was a walk-in and would have to wait up to 3hrs despite the fact that I had an appointment. I made him of my appointment and I still waited two hours. When I ask to speak to a manager I was told no one comes until 10am. I was also told I need an additional service on my car that was already recently done. More

A great Experience I drive a Toyota but I purchased my vehicle at this Nissan dealership and decided to continue to bring my vehicle to this location to service my vehic I drive a Toyota but I purchased my vehicle at this Nissan dealership and decided to continue to bring my vehicle to this location to service my vehicle. After bringing in my vehicle for routine service, when they were done I had an issue with the tire pressure sensor. After determining that I would need to bring my vehicle over to the Toyota service center to get the problem fixed due to not having the proper Toyota equipment to correct the problem I went over to the Toyota service center and had such a terrible experience. They had no idea what I was talking about and did not want to make any attempt to solve my situation. After contacting the Nissan service center and explaining the situation to them, they sent over the manager of the Nissan service center himself over to Toyota and he personally took care of the situation and stayed with me until the problem was completely solved and personally handed my vehicle back to me. I really appreciated that extra effort that Nissan took and will continue to bring my vehicle to the Nissan service center to get my vehicle serviced even though I have a Toyota, and will definitely be purchasing a Nissan vehicle for my next vehicle purchase. More
