I don't understand and can't believe people still going to this place service department and I did have bad experience before with them and I said I'll give it one more try but I was very wrong 1 oil cha to this place service department and I did have bad experience before with them and I said I'll give it one more try but I was very wrong 1 oil change take over 2 hours 2 I get my car back and inside was oiled mark in the door, driver seat,and out side on the hood and oil spill on big one on engine cover and oil on driver door from outside 3 they offer on line $70 something for oil change but the service guy charged me over $107 dollars!!!!!! My advice don't give your hard earned money for these people at all and go somewhere else More

I have been coming to Star Nissan for more than 20 years. l always get the best service. George took care of my car last time I was there. George is very efficient, proffesional and caring . He was able t l always get the best service. George took care of my car last time I was there. George is very efficient, proffesional and caring . He was able to service my car and put all my concerns to rest. I will always take my car to George for service. Great employee. More

I told the service advisor (name: Kozak) that the problem with my car was the shock absorber. I asked that he first check if it is under warranty before doing anything. He made me sign a form. I waited 5hrs with my car was the shock absorber. I asked that he first check if it is under warranty before doing anything. He made me sign a form. I waited 5hrs so i thought he was already fixing the shock absorber and that it’s under warranty. I was surprised when he came back to tell me that the problem was the shock absorber, and it is not under warranty and i have to pay the diagnostic fee! I told him from the start that that was the problem and foe him to check if it is under warranty. I asked to speak with the manager who said that i have to pay or they will not release my car. THIS WAS CLEARLY A HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Beware and don’t let them nickel & dime you! More

Great sales department, dissapontied with service Scheduled an appointment for a Rogue recall at 10.30 on a Saturday morning. 12/22. My husband couldnt check in for over 20 minutes, nobody would even Scheduled an appointment for a Rogue recall at 10.30 on a Saturday morning. 12/22. My husband couldnt check in for over 20 minutes, nobody would even acknowledge him. Then it turned out that my car had failed the recall and we needed to bring it back and leave it for the whole day. A free loaner was offered though (nice!) My husband asked them to get the rental ready by 8.30 am since I had to be at work by 9. He ended up taking my car for me and of course the car rental wasnt set-up. They started setting it up when he got there. It was about 5 PM, and he still didnt hear anything about the car, he tried calling- it took them awhile to check what the status was and they ended up keeping it for another day!!! Next day it turned out that nothing was wrong with the part.... It was not a good experience! Especially when you need to drive around a 15 months old and your car with a car seat is just sitting at the dealership for 2 days More

i will not recommending to anyone to buy a car at this place terrible place it's a shame for Berman's family they hire Brian Weinberg for Executive Manager position, Rich Pittman is rood too I am your customer f terrible place it's a shame for Berman's family they hire Brian Weinberg for Executive Manager position, Rich Pittman is rood too I am your customer for 14 years, but they told me do not come again, very unprofessional and rood. Unfortunately service not performed well. Business owners and managers and service department should always be thinking about the future, reputation sound good and be wary of taking any unnecessary risk. Everyone need to avoid this place. More
