When we first called to inquire about a car, Rich was very helpful in answering our questions and setting up an appointment with us. When we arrived at the dealership, we were immediately greeted by Paul who put us in the hands of Cynthia who was an absolutely fantastic sales associate. She went above and beyond what we could have expected to get us the car we wanted, including a 4 -5 hour round trip drive to pick up the car. She was able to answer any question we had or put us in the hands of someone who could. Her knowledge of cars in general was quite impressive as was the information she was able to provide us with regarding warranties, financing, and DMV related questions. We could not have asked for a better sales person. The finance/loan portion of the car buying process was also a good experience thanks to Jonathan who was also a pleasure to work with. The general manager, Randy, went out of his way to introduce himself and make sure we were satisfied with everything that was taking place. No pressure sale. Rich never made me feel rushed and was very patient with me because I wanted to test drive every model. The dealer in Carson said that the price was about as good as I could get. I did not have to haggle and go back and forth which a really appreciate. Who has the time to fight over a car price!? It was the best new car and low stress purchase I've made yet. More

We were able to negotiate a price and walk out the door with confidence and great customer support from all of the employees who worked there. Chip helped explain all of the mechanical repairs that were being done, and Randy was able to check in and let us know that he was there if we needed any assistance.
