Purchased a F250 from here on May 30 ( memorial Day ) everything was going good until I had to sit down with a finance manager ( Richard A ) that’s when he started trying to upsell me on extended warrant everything was going good until I had to sit down with a finance manager ( Richard A ) that’s when he started trying to upsell me on extended warranties service packages and I declined. Then he said if I would take a package he would get my interest rate reduced by calling in a favor. I explain to him that I was his customer and that he should be trying to get me the best deal out there and not trying to hold service packages and warranties over my head to get a better deal he says he emailed the finance company because it was a holiday they had not answered back and he would work on it the next day when we asked the next day about the interest rate he said it was a no deal because he considered it a commercial sale/deal. I have no idea how a personal cell to someone is consumer commercial. This is a shady way of doing business anyone should stay away from people that conduct themselves in this manner. If I was running a business like that it would be to build relationships and a customer base instead of trying to make a one time commission by lying and deceiving customers. I will be reaching out to Ford motor company and let them know HAL Mr. Richard is representing their brand name. I talked to someone from their management team that said they was very sorry for what happened and a sales manager would call me back to go over what happened. Never got a call from anyone. Five Star Ford Stone Mountain was GREAT to deal with went in to buy truck this past Tuesday my sales person was Mark Ridolfi he and his whole team was very knowledgeable there was no game playing like some d in to buy truck this past Tuesday my sales person was Mark Ridolfi he and his whole team was very knowledgeable there was no game playing like some dealers I was in and out all paperwork done and driving off yard in 2 hours it was a great experience I will definetley go back in future when I'm in market for another vehicle. They had to order some equipment I wanted added the next day they were on top of getting it ordered and made sure I knew when the equipment would be in to be installed great job Five Star Ford team and Mark for making a great experience More

Very disappointment.😡 I have a Mustang...stereo display went blank so I took it to the dealer.. My service manager told me to replace APIM which was functioning properly and I paid $900 for the APIM..but t went blank so I took it to the dealer.. My service manager told me to replace APIM which was functioning properly and I paid $900 for the APIM..but that didn't work ... =screen was still blank. He told me that they have to keep trying to fix car until they fixed my car and I have to pay each and every services and parts fees. I decided to take my car back but wiper wasn't functioning ..when I asked, they said I have to replace wiper motor... But wiper motor was good , wiper fuse was in wrong place. I found that they just want to replace parts without knowing what is going with a car.. SOUNDS LIKE LOOTING PEOPLE. More

Sales (Thrower) contact was fine and seemed sincere. Finance was not good. One reason I went to 5star was an offer on their web site of 0% financing on 2020 models. I showed them on their own site wh Finance was not good. One reason I went to 5star was an offer on their web site of 0% financing on 2020 models. I showed them on their own site where it was offered. Finance said it was not available and should have been removed. They refused to honor their own offer. As of this morning it is still on the 5star web site (bait & switch?) The finance guy was also a little too concerned with pushing extra coverages. More

Ford should be embarrassed. Sean Roberts and Co. have to be the most disrespectful employees to ever exist. Ford should be ashamed to have them represent them. Stay Away! I reside in FL and found the car I was looking for looking at this wanna be Ford Dealership. I had called and had spoken to Sean about being interested in a car that was in transit to their dealership. I put money down to secure the car and Sean, along with the Sales Manager started working on a contract. I told them I wanted to get everything done before I headed up there, So I'd only have to go and pick up my keys. Well that wasn't their plan. They Fed Ex'd me a Fugazi contract and honestly it was insatiable. They seemed like they just wanted to squeeze as much money out of me. They tried again and sent a more moderate contract but didn't include the discount and stuff we agreed I didn't want on the contract. The third time sent a copy of new contract through email and It was good enough to have me drive up almost 9 hours to get the car. This has elapsed over 40 days. Before I made the drive up to Georgia, I had spoken to Sean and reassured him I was going and wanted to know if he needed anything else from me before I left and if everything was good. He straight up lied to me and said All I needed to do was drive up and sign the contract and collect the keys. I got to the dealership and from the moment I walked in, I was treated Unwontedly, Sean Roberts acted like he didn't care if we had driven all those hours to get a car. He was giving us attitude when he had told us the contract expired ten day prior to us arriving to the dealership. He expected us to be happy that he had lied to us when a day prior to us arriving I had asked him if everything was fine. His manager, said they had to resubmit the contract and then we'd see what to do. What was supposed to be easy and quick had turned into a nightmare. The Contract came back worse than ever and they pretty much didn't care that they had screwed us and waited until we drove all the way up here, just to have them blackball me. I neglected the deal and was pretty upset and when I asked why not tell me this before I even drove up here, why the dishonesty, Sean Roberts proceeded to give an attitude and have the audacity to put the blame on me. It's disgusting and untrustworthy. Shocking to see Manager actually want to have this sorry excuse of an employee work for them.I'd recommend you stay away. Five Star Ford Stone mountain don't know how to make an honest deal. They're simply the worst. More
