Lied about a deal pending on the car when it had actually been sent to auction. Did not find this out until we were already into a deal. Had I known the vehicle status along with all the repairs needed I mig been sent to auction. Did not find this out until we were already into a deal. The windshield needs replaced, brake rotors were warped, no headphones for DVD player, no remote for the player, and timing belt due for replacement. l the Battery died when I got it home. Car had been washed but never detailed as child fingerprints were all over the inside of the sliding doors as well as food between the seats. Techs replace air and cabin filters and did not put thing back together properly. People were nice and friendly and got us out quickly that was a plus. Not happy with the whole situation. More

Everything was very good and dealing with the purchase and a few things I want it upgraded. I am in Pennsylvania at this time. I am having serious problems with the vehicle, shutting down on the middle of and a few things I want it upgraded. I am in Pennsylvania at this time. I am having serious problems with the vehicle, shutting down on the middle of the 95 and not charging properly. In the middle of the charge, the EV will shut down and say that there is problems with the battery. It won't restart. Have taken a vehicle to three different GMC dealers Fredericksburg, Virginia GMC, Delaware, GMC and now here in Pennsylvania GMC and each one of them either tells me that they don't have the technicians to work on them or troubleshoot what is wrong and I may have to wait for days for one to come in and none of them have loaner vehicles. So I am now afraid to drive this vehicle because I will be stranded. Even to get towed away off the 95 highway in Virginia took more than six hours of talking to OnStar finally having to call and get a towing company on our own. This is not on Vanguard GMC in Sherman. This is on GMC overall Company. More
