This is our 4th car from vanguard and to me they are very easy to deal with not a lot of pushing for upgrades and not a high pressure dealership. They fixed all the issues I had with vehicle at first sight a easy to deal with not a lot of pushing for upgrades and not a high pressure dealership. This is one of the worst dealerships I have ever met. I bought a car less than 2 months ago and have had to take it to the service department to be repaired twice. They kept my car a total of 3 weeks and I bought a car less than 2 months ago and have had to take it to the service department to be repaired twice. This most recent time I had to leave it was because of a wind noise issue on my drivers window that was promised to be fixed by the used sales manager. He told me that this issue would be fixed and would throw in a car wash! Whoa! Big spender. Well I call the service department after they have had my car for a week and they told me the replaced the seal on the car because “this is all they were authorized to fix” while the wind noise issue is still a very loud and huge problem. This place is ridiculous! I will be contacting the general manger because if you say you’re gonna fix something, fix it correctly. More

I made an appointment with a time and date to bring my car in to see what was wrong with the super cruise. They had me leave my car so they could work on it which was no surprise. At the end of the day I car in to see what was wrong with the super cruise. They had me leave my car so they could work on it which was no surprise. At the end of the day I called to see if it was ready for pick up. They told me no one had even looked at it yet but they needed me to leave it over the weekend because they couldn’t get to it until monday or after. They had no loaners and wanted me to be without a car so it could sit there with no one working on it for 3+days. They thought they could MAYBE get to it by Monday. This is the service with a scheduled appointment. Completely senseless. More
