He has a great sense of humor & my wife and I have even had dinner with him on occasion. He works very hard to find the right fit & more importantly to get you the best pricing. The dealership itself is very impressive, just what you would expect for a BMW. Staff is friendly & the showroom is immaculate. Service has been a joy to work w/ & have gone out of their way to accommodate my busy schedule. The only times I have needed service was to put in a wheel & tire claim thanks to Michigan's "wonderful" roads. The returned my car cleaner than when I left it, both inside & out. This is amazing since I have a yellow lab that sheds. I highly recommend Rich, his manager Matt & the rest of their staff. More
