Rick was exceptional to work with. From the start, we dropped in unannounced with a specific vehicle in mind to look at which was pending to be sold and we were on a time restraint tha From the start, we dropped in unannounced with a specific vehicle in mind to look at which was pending to be sold and we were on a time restraint that day and he made quick work of getting us on the right track to purchase the type of vehicle we wanted to purchase. He had a trade-in value and offer on our vehicle within half an hour and we were able to “get in and get out” easily within our time restraint and with a game plan for purchase moving forward. He worked well with us, delivered a vehicle for us to view and test drive the very next day and upon deciding on a vehicle the process to purchase was a breeze and much more enjoyable than our previous car purchase. We did not have to deal with a “pushy dealership salesperson” but more so with a person that was in our corner and looking out for us from the start making sure our wants and needs were met rather than just trying to push a sale. Afterwards Richard gladly and willingly worked with us to fix a couple nitpicky kinks we found in the vehicle we were purchasing and made it all go by smoothly and made us feel like we were being heard and our concerns mattered. We can’t thank Richard enough and can’t express enough how grateful we are of him through this whole process. More

Working with Dallas Lease Returns was by far the easiest experience I have had in purchasing a car. Rick and Robert were both extremely helpful and made the whole process a breeze.
