After shopping all over the DFW area for a month This dealership was truly a breath of fresh air! We had previously dealt with horrible attitudes, dirty vehicles, vehicles that had mechanical problems an dealership was truly a breath of fresh air! We had previously dealt with horrible attitudes, dirty vehicles, vehicles that had mechanical problems and hidden fees ( one well known dealership had a 3k hidden fee). All the dealerships that we visited were well known large dealerships.Rick was very professional, transparent, down to earth and even wanted to sell a vehicle. Rick worked very hard to make the deal happen. He actually brought the vehicle that we were looking at to our home where we could test drive it. He then took the vehicle to a independent mechanic for us to have a pre buyers inspection completed and encouraged us to do so. The vehicle was taken to Addison automotive and I definitely could not be any happier with Addison automotive. They were very knowledgeable and thorough! Rick then contacted me after they did and explained that he was going to take care of the problem that Addison automotive found which was rear brakes. Rick then came back to our home and completed the buying paperwork and our vehicle was delivered the next day! After a terrible experience at a well-known dealership in town, which was a “bait & switch”, we went to DLR on a friend’s recommendation and they were GREAT! No pressure at all. We found a car for our 16 yoa son and after we bought it. Before picking it up, Carl said he noticed the A/C wasn’t blowing as well as it should so he had them fix it. We wouldn’t have noticed until it got really hot, but Carl said he always takes a hard look at a car he sells to make sure everything is working right. That was unexpected & deeply appreciated!
