After a terrible experience at a well-known dealership in town, which was a “bait & switch”, we went to DLR on a friend’s recommendation and they were GREAT! No pressure at all. We found a car for our 16 yoa son and after we bought it. Before picking it up, Carl said he noticed the A/C wasn’t blowing as well as it should so he had them fix it. We wouldn’t have noticed until it got really hot, but Carl said he always takes a hard look at a car he sells to make sure everything is working right. That was unexpected & deeply appreciated! Great experience from beginning to end. We found the vehicle we wanted and even with disappointing news that someone got there quicker, they fell through and Rick emailed me immediately. He personally inspected everything, pointed out the flaws AND presented us with a solution before we even had time to be disappointed about any surprises.
