I bought a used vehicle, and they added a markup to it for surface protection despite it being a work van that had messed up bumpers, a scratched and ripped up interior, and bubbles under the gauge cluster. They ultimately cut it down to $750, but this just felt extremely scummy. They then made me wait 40 minutes for a complimentary wash while it was actively pouring rain, and even though they specifically said that they would top off the fuel tank, it was a little over half full when they gave it to me.
