I was lucky enough to deal with a professional salesman Nizar who was pretty knowledgeable on Hyundai’s lol I’ve always been a Honda or Toyota kind of guy but the Hyundai warranty caught my eye . 10 year power train or 100k miles. Solddddd baby! Haha this was my wife’s new Santa Fe and she hardly drives so it worked out perfect . Nizar was a pleasure to deal with and his managers AL and Rich gave me a great price and low apr so i didn’t even have to get my own financing . I’ll definitely be back in 10 years lol ! More

Boy, was I wrong. Jon Smith, my salesman, was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable during the whole buying process. Never once did I feel talked down to. Jon took me through every aspect of the 2018 Tucson from front to back. He answered every question I had. The best part? When we had to walk away to absorb the deal and get lunch they didn't make us feel pressured to stay and close the deal. I ultimately came back and purchased the car. That being said, I would highly recommend Napleton's and Jon Smith specifically, if you're in the market for a new Hyundai. More

Given her disabilities I was not sure if we would find one that would suit her needs. From the moment we walked in I knew we would have a good experience given the professionalism of all of the above personnel mentioned in this review. I am happy to say, they were very accommodating and patient with us in all aspects, from viewing, test driving, and ultimately the purchase of a new Elantra SEL. The entire process took less than 24 hours and I am confident that the new vehicle is a perfect match for my Mother, she loves it ! Safety being my main concern, along with pricing, I can honestly say, wr are extremely pleased. Great experience, I highly recommend working with the above individuals when looking for a new vechile. This is the 4th car I've transacted with Napleton - 3 with Jordan K and this one with Nizar Assria. Friendly and easy to deal with, we briefly test drove the car and briskly proceeded from there to draw up the paperwork. Jerry in Financing, also very easy to deal with.
