PURCHASED A NEW CAR ONLINE ONCE I DETERMINED I WANTED TO PURCHASE A NEW HYUNDAI IONIQ I USED A NUMBER OF ONLINE SEARCH WEBSITES (FOUND AUTO TRADERS TO BE THE BEST). FROM THE DE ONCE I DETERMINED I WANTED TO PURCHASE A NEW HYUNDAI IONIQ I USED A NUMBER OF ONLINE SEARCH WEBSITES (FOUND AUTO TRADERS TO BE THE BEST). FROM THE DEALERS PARTICIPATING ACROSS THE UNITED STATES NAPLETON'S PRICE WAS SIGNIFICANTLY LOWEST. I THEN CONTACTED RICK CUNNINGHAM THE SALES MANAGER BY PHONE, NEGOTIATED THE DEAL (NO HAGGLING!!)-WE CAME TO AGREEMENT WITHIN MINUTES! THEN PROCEEDED WITH EXCHANGING INFORMATION ie. LENDER, INSURANCE, METHOD OF PICKING UP (I LIVE IN FT MYERS FL-THEIR DEALERSHIP IS IN AURORA, IL). I FLEW INTO CHICAGO O'HARE AND WAS PICKED UP BY A SUPER EMPLOYEE AND NICE GUY NAMED CHUCK-HE DROVE ME 30 MILES BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP. I MET WITH RICK WHO HANDED ME OFF TO A SALESMAN TO CONSUMATE THE DEAL-THEIR TOP SALESMAN JORDAN KABRANOV. HE WENT OVER EVERYTHING, PROGRAMMED THE ONBOARD COMPUTER AND LINKED WITH MY PHONE AS WELL AS TOOK CARE OF FINALIZING THE SALES PORTION-THEN I WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE FINANCE MANAGER-OMAR WHO DID A NICE JOB CLOSING OUT MY PURCHASE. THE ENTIRE TIME AT THE DEALERSHIP WAS UNDER 45 MINUTES!!! THEN AS I WAS WALKING OUT THE DOOR I MET AL (WHO I THINK WAS THE GENERAL MANAGER) I CONVEYED HOW GRATEFUL I WAS FOR THE FANTASTIC SERVICE AND PROFESSIONAL TREATMENT I WAS AFFORDED. THIS IS MY 4TH VEHICLE PURCHASED ON LINE-THE OTHER THREE WERE VERY GOOD ALSO-BUT NAPLETON STOOD OUT AS THE BEST! I'M SURE ANYONE WOULD RECEIVE THE SAME SERVICE I DID.. More

We finally did the transaction because of the trust he quickly built. The other aspect was the dealer acknowledging the Costco program and it was a very good bargain.
