This group really impressed me. I was coming from pretty far away and I was worried that it might not be all that I was promised. Really it wasn't... I was a whole lot more. My family and I were treated with the absolute best car buying experience that I have ever had by far! The entire team took time to great us and made sure we were well taken care of while we were in the process. Can't say enough good about them. I traveled over 250 miles to get my Wagoneer and I would do it again if it was to this place! More

took my car there for inspection, tire rotation, and oil change. they rotated the tires and they were bald on one side and had broken belts,' the car needed aligned. They didn't tell me about this and passed it for inspection. We took it to a tire dealership because it had a shimmy and they informed us of the problem. I asked Gerry Raymond dealership to call me about this and they never did. I will never trust my safety to them again. More
