The wait time to finalize the deal with the finance department is about 5 hours. That is ridiculous. As I sat there one financial staff member had not client in his office and he sat there for at lea department is about 5 hours. That is ridiculous. As I sat there one financial staff member had not client in his office and he sat there for at least two hours before he called someone in. Also couples that came after me were called in before me. Makes you wonder if it was because I was by myself. I final left because it was dark out and I don’t drive in the dark. I felt like I was being held hostage. The sales manager final gave me my old car keys so I could go home, ( in the dark)! I returned the next morning to complete the process. It was not a pleasant experience. I have purchased at other dealerships before and never ran into that problem. It was no fault of the sales person. I do feel the general manager needs to correct the issue. As a retired teacher, I would never run my classroom in that manner. More
