Yesterday I had the pleasure to purchase a vehicle from the team at Ed Morse Cadillac. And what a pleasure it was!! From the time entering the dealership to the time the agent opened the door for me to be the team at Ed Morse Cadillac. And what a pleasure it was!! From the time entering the dealership to the time the agent opened the door for me to be seated in my new car to depart, there was a completely professional environment, and a fined tuned process to completion of the delivery. Even when one of the software systems hiccupped, the Business Manager did not panic, and trouble shot the challenge in short order. Super Experience During An Historic Time This was a whole new experience for me since it has been several years since I purchased a new car. What made it even more challenging was using the i This was a whole new experience for me since it has been several years since I purchased a new car. What made it even more challenging was using the internet and phone to communicate business. This transaction was also taking place during the pandemic. However, I was fortunate enough to be working with Richard Houser who guided me through the process with a great deal of patience and understanding. For this I am very grateful. I would also like to thank Joe Pfotenhauer who delivered the car to me. He brought the paperwork which needed to be signed and answered all my questions. I live part time in Naples which is a distance from Brandon but I hope at some point in time I get to visit the Ed Morse dealership. On a last note I love my new little Retro Fiat! More
