I was prepared for my appointment to take more than an hour but when it was over 3 hours and I was still waiting with no update, I began to get frustrated. Then when I went to see what was going on after hour but when it was over 3 hours and I was still waiting with no update, I began to get frustrated. Then when I went to see what was going on after being fed up I was told that my paper work was lost and to give him a minute. This all stressed me out. I wish it was a better experience. More
