After the Finance department and then Insurance we were advised that the vehicle was ready. The salesman was pointing out all the features when he told us that the second key to the vehicle was not found. advised that the vehicle was ready. Salesperson Jawad lied about Toyoguard package, which led me to buy it and $2,300 in dealer add-ons for my 2026 Camry LE. I later found I had significantly overpaid compared to nearby dealers. They charge $899 dealer fee, $599 e-filing, and $2,000 used car reconditioning fee. The finance manager Samy Saad was rude when I raised concerns. Not recommended for honest or transparent pricing. Don't fall for their fake reviews. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership. More

This is my 3-month update. ..I have left awesome reviews for this dealership since I purchased this truck but after I received a letter in the mail that my payments have changed ..I have left awesome reviews for this dealership since I purchased this truck but after I received a letter in the mail that my payments have changed due to dealer showing that I paid $6k for this truck...the agreement was $40k out the door plus taxes and tags (which I had my own) when I reviewed my paperwork it shows that they charged me all extra fees totaling to over 50K I gave them $10k cash so the financing should have been $30K plus taxes and title I should have paid attention when I was in the finance office signing the 50 plus pages that no one reads (especially after sitting there for 3 hours) my bad for trusting people just wanted to post this so other buyers are aware and should go over everything that they ask you to sign and TRUST NO ONE More
