My Last service visit,I will be going somewhere else from now on. Took 2 hours and 15 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. Constant letters pressuring me to trade in my vehicle. This gives me the i from now on. Took 2 hours and 15 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. Constant letters pressuring me to trade in my vehicle. This gives me the impression they are all about making a sale and keeping me trapped in payments. Reveals their true colors during this period of inflation. That would not be for my best interest and I have told them this numerous times. Even called to tell them to stop mailing me letters regarding trading in my vehicle. They waste paper and stamps by still going against my wishes. When I called to discuss if there was any possible gap insurance reimbursement, I called everyday for a full month. I was transferred to a voicemail and NO ONE ever called me back. That was the last straw. They don’t care. They sale you but they don’t seems to care about you afterwards. I complained to corporate and they advised they tried to call me and left a voicemail. Absolute lies from Toyota of Hollywood. I feel they don’t care they lost a serious customer. No plans to buy another vehicle from Toyota in the future. More
