The issue starts with your sales management team who engage their salespeople and internet team to follow a pattern. Unfortunately, I do not take your concern seriously knowing the atmosphere of what went on in the dealership. I am very sorry that you encountered this experience. Please be advised that the CarFax Reports are posted online for free on every used vehicle details page for your convenience. Also please note that we do sell 50-60 vehicles a day and in many instances we can check our internal database and a vehicle can show available and in a matter of 10 minutes be sold. We do our best in contacting customers that schedule time specific appointments on VIN specific vehicles if the car is sold prior to their arrival. I am very sorry this did not occur. Thank you for sharing your experience, as it allows us to improve and better serve our customers.
