I purchased a Ford Flex today. I made an appointment was greeted when I entered the dealership and was helped right away. There were 2 vehicles I wanted to look at. I dropped my truck off for some service and asked the staff to make sure my interior was clean since I had issues in the past with techs leaving dirty spots in the vehicle.
