To this end if you're well prepared and prequalified on a loan they will back down to accommodate. More

Great experience with Richard We came in looking for a used Acura RDX. We test drove one with Richard. He was very knowledgeable about the car. We asked him to keep and eye out for us and he did - texted me several times over a few weeks - but there wasn't a used one we wanted. We decided to buy new. I got estimates from other dealerships but bought through Richard since he did such a great job following up and really made us feel comfortable (no pressure!). I met a few other people there like the manager and finance guy and whomever else, and everybody seemed cool calm and collected which helps everybody get a deal done I believe.
