I came in panicked since my girlfriend's car was having transmission issues. James in the service department assisted us and was a great calming influence. He walked us through all scenarios he reasonably transmission issues. James in the service department assisted us and was a great calming influence. He walked us through all scenarios he reasonably could and gave us honest, fair information. We expected a bit of a wait as there were a lot of cars in with transmission issues, but the service department was able to get to work on the car way quicker than expected (the very next day) and identified the issue (and other issues) lightning fast. The car is driving great and James' communication throughout the entire process was spot on. More

I left my truck there on Monday and told them that I was leaving town until Friday. The repairs needed were fairly simple and I was assured that it should be ready when I came back. The truck wasn’t looked leaving town until Friday. The repairs needed were fairly simple and I was assured that it should be ready when I came back. The truck wasn’t looked at until Thursday and parts weren’t ordered until Friday, the day I was to return. Needless to say it didn’t get repaired until the following Monday. So the truck was at the shop for 8 days for a four hour job. I won’t ever make this mistake again. I won’t buy or take anything to Roundtree Ford in Shreveport for service again. More
