I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this dealership. The customer service was shockingly unprofessional, and the auto specialist assigned to my vehicle was clearly unqualified. Not only did dealership. The customer service was shockingly unprofessional, and the auto specialist assigned to my vehicle was clearly unqualified. Not only did they provide false information, but their poor workmanship cost me a staggering $6000. To make matters worse, they neglected to order necessary parts, leading to additional delays and more time without my vehicle. The blatant disregard for my needs as a customer was evident throughout the entire process. Even more disheartening was the behavior of the GM, Chris, who outright refused to engage in any communication with me regarding the situation. I am thoroughly let down by this dealership and regret ever placing my trust in them. The combination of unprofessionalism, incompetence, and lack of consideration for customers is unacceptable. I will certainly not be returning for any future business dealings. It's clear that this dealership does not deserve anyone's trust or patronage. More
