On a whim we found a vehicle online and made the drive to Crestview to check it out…. Throughout the entire process of trading in the 2016 Z71 suburban to purchasing the 2021 GMC Acadia Denali, we felt like Crestview to check it out…. Throughout the entire process of trading in the 2016 Z71 suburban to purchasing the 2021 GMC Acadia Denali, we felt like we were appreciated for buying from a dealership. Our salesman (Scott), the sales manager, the online customer rep ladies, finance guy (Hunter), maintenance/service staff, and everyone else we encountered while on site were professional, super friendly, and most importantly, dog 🐕🦺🦮 lovers! 💙We were given an extremely fair trade in for our old vehicle and great price on new vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the trade in and buying process were at Lee Buick GMC. Everyone that I dealt with was super nice and courteous.
