There are three Honda dealerships that are closer to us than Colonial Honda, but we had such a good experience when we bought our 2006 Accord from you, that we did not hesitate coming back. As pleasurable as the experience was in 2006, the purchase of the 2014 Accord was even better. Richard did a great job. He was courtesy and very knowledgeable. His response time was unbelievable and it did not seem to matter what time I emailed or what question that I might have. He was always right there with an answer. The quality of service continued to be first class with our visit to Colonial Honda to sign all of the papers for the purchase of the 2014 Accord. Richard, Rebekah and yourself made my wife and I feel right at home with the buying experience. Everything was fully explained but yet no pressure was applied. As a business owner myself, I know you hear alot about the bad experiences and not enough about the good ones. I will highly recommend Colonial Honda, Richard and yourself.
