I stopped in and looked at their inventory on 13 DEC, met Rich and he gave me the best price upfront with no haggling on that visit. He even gave me some internet pricing websites to go to to see if anyone could beat his price and they could not. He was from several hundred to several thousand dollars below everyone else. He was below any Honda dealer from Newport News to Fredericksburg to Richmond to South Hill. He did not call or email me with any sales pressure. He just waited for me to get back to him. That is all he had to do. When I went in to purchase the car a week later the sales staff informed me of their other products available for purchase but there was no pressure to purchase them. It was the most friendly, hassle free environment I have ever been in in 40 years to purchase a car. I will go back to purchase a car there again. More
