Richard Miller contacted me along with Jimmy Monger, and sent me a great price, much much better than any area dealerships. Great communication with very considerate calls to establish a time to come check out the vehicle. Upon arriving at dealership, I was greeted and treated very respectfully by everyone working there! Richard went over all options for the car, showed me everything I needed to know concerning the purchase. We took a ride to check out the car and go over all options on the car. What is there NOT to love about the Accord? I had to have it! Best car I have had the chance to look at, along with the super great service with everyone at the dealership. Next, finance. Everyone dreads that office. No! John, the finance man, was wonderful. Showed me different plans. Of course I was Not going to get any plans! Mistake! It was well worth the time and listening to John Ward and some special deals Colonial Honda had to offer. Extremely nice man, with no pushing to buy any extras, but in the end, I did get one plan, that I am very happy that I was offered. This Dealership is extremely pleasant, very friendly and easy to work with, and above all, the best dealership that I have visited in the Richmond area. I would highly recommend stopping in here or even an email to Colonial Honda to just see what they have to offer. Best professional group I have had to work with and made my buying experience top notch! We researched different makes and models and visited several different dealerships in the Richmond area and surrounding counties, which renewed my anxiety about making the purchase. And then we landed at Colonial Honda and we were very fortunate to have Richard Miller as our sales specialist. Richard was extremely knowledgeable about the Honda CR-V we were looking at and was excellent in explaining the features and advantages in each model. My husband and I have very hectic schedules and Richard was most accommodating - even meeting us at the dealership on his day off so that we could once again see the CR-V we were interested in and to make sure that we knew exactly how to operate all of the features. Richard was not pushy (I can't tolerate that) - he answered all of our questions and gave suggestions and allowed us to talk privately and make decisions. He had the car ready to drive off the lot when we arrived for possession. Richard made it a no-hassle, comfortable, fun experience. I know that we can contact him with any questions or concerns that we may have with regard to our new CR-V. When I pushed the button that sent my request to dealers, Colonial Honda came back with the best offer for a base car. I was very happy with the offer. Richard contacted me over the internet, and we were able to set up a meeting. The offer was so good that I expected the offer to change when I showed up in person. When I got there we did a test drive ("Get Acquainted Ride"). I was happy with the ride so I said I would take one if he had the color I wanted. They only had a car with Navigation in my color. When I asked for the internet price I was able to get an extra $300 off of the internet price if I took that car. As I really liked the higher priced car better, I took the deal. We then did the accessories that I wanted. I was very happy with the discount I was to given for these. I then purchased the car. The car was ready on the day and time I ask to pick it up. The closing process was easy with no pressure to add on other things. After the purchase, Richard spent a great deal of time helping us set up all of the electronic options and teaching us how to use them. We would highly recommend Richard and Colonial Honda to our friends. More

They answered all my questions, didn't push anything more than requested, and went above and beyond in helping me make a decision on my new car. Even though they didn't have it in stock, Richard personally drove to pick up my new car and have it ready for me as soon as possible. I couldn't have asked for more out of this car buy experience. About a year ago he helped my daughter with her car purchase, that buying experience was very pleasant and now I need a vehicle. In April 2014 I contacted Richard to see a Honda Ridgeline. He didn’t have the Ridgeline Sport that I was looking for but in less than 48 hours he found one in the exact color I wanted and the price he quoted me was so low that my wife and I didn’t even think to try and negotiate it for less! I’m now the proud owner of a 2014 Honda Ridgeline Sport and received an extremely fair trade-in on my old truck. My experience with Richard and everyone at Colonial Honda has been extremely pleasurable; sales, financing, service, and so on. There were no high pressure tactics used and Richard made certain I was informed and understood every aspect of the deal. I called 4 Honda dealers.Started getting the tricks of the trade from 3 of them. Telephone tag and different packages. I knew what I wanted in the car so I told each dealer/salesman, give me your best price for what I have to write the check for when the deal is done. Two dealers/salesman took 2 days, one dealer/salesman called me 3 times in one day. Richard Miller called me back in about 30 minutes and we made a deal. He beat the socks off those local dealers near me and made it short and sweet. Richard listened to what I had said and did what I asked. It's that simple. He picked up on the type of person I am and made it pleasant. I like that! I'll certainly spread the word to folks in my area and give them Richard Millers name.
