You just believe what they say, I was not in a rush, he told me it would take 10 minutes and it took hour and a half. This is not my first time there and I love Subaru. Your staff did wrong and I feel sad for that. They got upset and I could see it when they came with the offer for my loan and I had a better one with my Credit Union. I am a good customer, I already bought 13 cars with Rick Case, man just don’t like it when a woman is prepared or knows a little more. I am disappointed at them. But I understand if you want to believe them.
