From that point forward he was a knowledgeable professional that made my truck buying experience painless. As promised he followed up to set an appointment for me to return without any pressure, called on the day of the appointment to ensure I was still able to make it and as I found out later he was there on his day off to accommodate my schedule to get the deal done. The process was smooth and efficient, there was no back and forth to answer the questions and requests I had with the purchase and my trade in and the end result is a very satisfied and loyal new customer. I also had a very pleasant experience with Levi Lewis during the finance phase and although it was late and the shop was shut down had a nice overview of the Service department from Kevin Wellborn.
