Actually my experience at this dealership was the most pleasant, best experience I've ever had buying a car. If you are in the market for a luxury midsized vehicle you owe it to yourself to take a look at Volvo. Best car I've ever owned! Bye the way...their VIP program is the best in the industry. More

Very professional staff well prepared service department and waiting area.Met Richard today and must say that I'm glad he is taking care of the delivery. He is very professional, courteous and helpful. Also met with the parts manager, but did not see his name on this site as I would gladly write a review about him as well.Keep up the good work guys. I had the numbers negotiated over email already, Rick came down the meet us, walked us to the XC60s that they had on the lot, so my dad could look at different interior color options. He picked one, we went to Rick’s office and played with numbers a little bit (pay upfront vs. roll it into the payment). Rick was plenty accommodating, even rewriting the entire invoice when my dad decided he wanted the lease structured a little differently (sorry!). We put the deposit, exchanged a few anecdotes, and were on our way! So overall, Rick is a great guy and very personable, and we had a nice experience and a great deal! Huntington lived up to it’s good reputation. ————————— Review was updated 7/21 to reflect our most recent experiences with this dealership and staff. A previous version of this review detailed a negative experience we had. Steve, the general manager reached out to my father and me personally, to explain that isn’t the experience we should have had, and asked for an opportunity to repair the relationship and show us the true Huntington experience. I’m glad we took him up on it. My dad is picking up his new XC60 next week, and I absolutely feel that Steve made good on his promise. More

My wife and I recently purchased a 2018 XC90 from this dealership. We had an absolutely phenomenal experience with the salesperson, Rick Perlmutter. He not only was extremely knowledgeable regarding the vehicle (he knows his product), but he also was extremely responsive, extremely nice, and extremely generous with the amount of time that he devoted to us while looking at the car and when we ultimately picked it up. He was, by far, the best car salesperson that we have ever encountered (and we have certainly bought/leased many, many cars). I highly recommend Rick and the Huntington Volvo dealership. More

Amazing dealer experience! Rick Pearlmutter was exceptional. My wife went into the dealership by herself to see how they treated her - she felt immediately felt comfortable wit Rick Pearlmutter was exceptional. My wife went into the dealership by herself to see how they treated her - she felt immediately felt comfortable with Rick - his demeanor was respectful and at no time felt that she was not taken seriously or respected as a potential buyer. She discussed different vehicles and options for about 30mins and had a lease offer drawn up within an hour. The entire experience was so refreshing and dare I say unique, that we were both a little shocked that it was that easy. After returning to test drive the car with her, we both felt confident that the deal struck was solid and we left fully satisfied and with grins on our faces that we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted. Rick Perlmutter, respectful and a great listener!! From the moment we walked in, to the moment we walked out (with a new car, I might add), my husband and I felt, to say the least, comfortable. Buying a new car is not only stressful but at times you feel vulnerable. Even when you do your homework and walk in knowing what you want, the salesperson will somehow make you feel that you can "settle" for something else, and then try to "sell" you what they want, not what you want. Rick Perimutter, Client Advisor at Huntington Volvo, did nothing of the kind. The first respectful thing that Rick did was listen, and he did so with a smile. Rick was not only able to accommodate our needs but was also sensitive to our wants. He understood that we had put up with enough (two months to be exact) and was ready to offer us some peace and satisfaction. From the pleasant atmosphere and sophisticated staff, to the seamless transaction, to the overall friendliness, the entire experience deserves five stars. Thanks Rick!!! More
