I recently purchased a 2012 4Runner Limited from Younger Toyota. Richard went above and beyond my expectations to get me in the vehicle I deserved, at a price I could afford. His laid back yet professional demeanor made me feel comfortable and at ease in an otherwise stressful situation. We test drove 2 cars that day. I never felt rushed or like he had better things to do. I felt like the only customer there even though it was fairly busy that day. I will definately return next time I'm in the market for another vehicle and I would recommend asking for him by name if you're in the market for a new ride.

This is the 3rd Camry I have purchased from Younger. Last week I purchased a 2018 Camry and Richard was an EXCELLENT in helping me find just the right Camry, with the options that I like. He was actually recommended to me by an acquaintance of mine. I am so glad he was recommended. When I make a large purchase I am very particular with some of the smaller things that normally do not matter to others. Richard was very patient and helped in every way he could. He was very sensitive during the closing deal. My husband suffers with Parkinson's and due to me trading in my 2010 Camry which had my husbands name on the title, he offered to drive to our home to have my husband sign the proper documents needed to make the trade. I was very appreciative of his thoughtfulness but told him that my husband was able to come down to the dealership. Richard made sure the papers were ready for him so he could sign and not have to spend a lot of time waiting. Thank you Richard for a great experience.
