Horrible car. Horrible dealer who hides from customers having legitimate problems with their $86,000 car. They lied to me at the sale. Their service is terrible. T Horrible dealer who hides from customers having legitimate problems with their $86,000 car. They lied to me at the sale. Their service is terrible. They ignore customers. What a terrible experience this has been. What a hunk of garbage of a car for that kind of money. In year one, we still have 3 months to go and it has spent two months in the shop. The GPS is nearly useless as it stops working intermittently, leaving me grabbing at my phone while trying to drive and figure out where I need to go. DO NOT get a Volvo and run from Grubbs. They are equally miserable to deal with. More

We are extremely disappointed with our experience. When we finally picked up the vehicle, we immediately noticed several issues, including a dent in the bumper, a poor-quality touch-up paint job, and damage to the tint (including visible holes). Including the inside had not been cleaned, just half vacuumed. Because it was late in the evening at pickup, we were advised to contact our sales representative the following day. We did so—multiple times—but did not receive a response until our fourth attempt. At that point, we were simply redirected to another contact, and again, no one followed up with us. Now, three months later, we still have not received our registration. We returned to the dealership in person to address both the registration issue and the condition of the vehicle. After waiting approximately two hours for inspection, none of the original concerns were resolved—the dent, tint damage, and poor paint repair remain unaddressed. We ultimately left feeling ignored and discouraged, as no one was available or willing to assist us. At this point, we are requesting clear direction on who we can speak with to ensure these issues are properly addressed and resolved. We would appreciate prompt communication and a plan to complete the necessary repairs and finalize the guarantee promise to have a complete “luxury packaged” repair and detailed fixes! More
