This is my second car I bought from them. You have to be ready and do your homework if you are going to get the best deal possible. I brought a quote from a different dealer and they are supposed to beat that quote but they were $300 higher.and they gave me some off the wall excuse. They also have a 1.9% interest but they are not upfront with that. So, I walked out. Richard then texted me and said the boss said he'll give what I wanted except the Free oil change. Two days later the General Manager emailed me and asked me what happened to my visit so I told him everything and guess what, Richard called me and said "come in and we'll give you what you want.... Just bought my third car with Peninsula Subaru. They are honest, they don't play the games, we love the cars, the value ,safety features , and the staff in the mechanics shop, Nick assisted me in also findi honest, they don't play the games, we love the cars, the value ,safety features , and the staff in the mechanics shop, Nick assisted me in also finding my salesperson, they all so to go the extra mile for you . I also love that we get a lifetime of oil changes. They are trustworthy and don't waste your time. I also really respect that they take Sunday off putting their employees and families above profit, unusual and refreshing today. Carmen was a fabulous, kind, and a direct sales person. Richard helped us in the financing, they have all been quality staff, they even went out of their way to make this a safe and healthy experience during Covid. Subaru in general , is involved in many charitable organizations that help our local communities, they seem to care about people-Thank you! More
