Did not payoff trade-in vehicle. It's been over a month since my new vehicle was funded yet my trade in vehicle has not been paid off yet. Now, I have another payment due and they ch It's been over a month since my new vehicle was funded yet my trade in vehicle has not been paid off yet. Now, I have another payment due and they charged me daily interest that should all be paid by Lakeland Dodge by having the money, but not paying it out. Feels very shady! Salesman, Manager and accountant will not even talk to me or try to explain what the problem is. I have to file complaints with the BBB, Attorney General and the Fl hwy safety and motor vehicles. I have read several of these same complaints about not paying off trade-in vehicles, unfortunately after our purchase. Buyer be aware! More
