I encountered a warning light on my car and went in without an appointment. Rick handled everything from diagnostics, fixing what could be fixed that day, and ordering parts. Had had to return four (4) times to have the service department correct the problem. Dashboard light indicated a door was open and was draining the battery. New wiring and a new battery didn't work but department correct the problem. Dashboard light indicated a door was open and was draining the battery. New wiring and a new battery didn't work but I was charged for the unnecessary repairs. I reached out to KAREN SILVA, the process improvement manager to no avail. No wonder problems abound when you're asleep at the wheel. Boo! More
