I received poor service from Rick Zarpentine today. I recently bought a new CR-V from Curry. Part of my decision for getting the new SUV at Curry was due to a good service center. Unfortunately I ha I recently bought a new CR-V from Curry. Part of my decision for getting the new SUV at Curry was due to a good service center. Unfortunately I have a problem with one of my speakers. I made an appointment and when I arrived was told they couldn't help me today. Was told I would need to come in Mon to Fri between 9:00 and 4:00. When I mentioned that this wasn't possible due to my job I didn't received an acceptable response. I was willing to drop my car off the night before and asked for help with transportation. No help. Would have been nice to be given a name of a person that could possibly help. Thankfully I knew Roy Neal who I bought my car from would help. He gave me a satisfactory option with kindness. An I'm sorry you drove in today and we couldn't help you would have gone a long way. Won't look for help in the future from Rick. On a positive note, most days I would give Curry Honda Service Center five stars, but was disappointed today. More
