I love the car! The whole experience was very pleasant and stressfree. My salesman, Amin Rahi, was extremely helpful in locating the car I wanted and following up with me on a timely basis. He also was very patient as I decided between models and colors. He made sure I was educated on all the features of the car as well. He was not at all pushy,rude or aggressive which I like. He was knowledgable and very helpful. I believe I worked with Richardson Baptiste in the finance department for my lease. He was also very thorough and patient as he walked me through all the paperwork and options. The manager also made a point of greeting me on two different occasions. T More

He listened to what was important to me and only showed me cars he knew I would like. He only wanted to make me happy and get me into a car that I "loved!" And he worked at it hard without putting any pressure on me to buy. I had no intention of walking out of the dealership with a car that day as I had 3 months left on my A3, but between Osner and the sales manager Dan Diamond, they offered me a deal that made so much sense for me to act. The 2019 A4 Premium Plus with Sports Package is an awesome car. Go check it out with Osner as I promise you will not be disappointed. More
