Erkan (Rick) and his colleagues were super helpful and really went the extra mile when I found out after purchase that the Ford Escape we first selected did not have an important feature (the garage opene really went the extra mile when I found out after purchase that the Ford Escape we first selected did not have an important feature (the garage opener). The Escape that did have the feature also had a bunch of others that I liked, but they didn't have that trim on the Koons Sterling lot. Not only they arranged taking the first Escape back and exchanging it for the one I wanted, but they even sent a driver to Koons Falls Church to bring that other car for me, so I drove the first car in and drove out the dream one, and I only paid the price difference. Great job, Erkan! Strongly recommend the dealership! More

Went in to look at a Mustang that my fiancé found online. We drove over an hour to see it. Rick was wonderful from the moment we walked in. Well, due to their courtesy and care, we both drove out of there with our Mustang and Explorer. I had no intentions of trading in my 2014 Fusion with less than 42,000 miles but they were amazing in all aspects. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!! There was no pressure in anything and they offer so many benefits in your purchase that if you leave disappointed, it’s your own fault!!! Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealership. Very unorganized. Very unresponsive. Gave me another person's financial documents on my USB drive. Didn't send in the transfer of my tags 2 weeks aft unorganized. Very unresponsive. Gave me another person's financial documents on my USB drive. Didn't send in the transfer of my tags 2 weeks after I bought and now it's been over a month and my tags are not transferred. They will not tell me when they were sent in. And they will not overnight my a new temp tag . .. so now I'm driving around on an expired tag. I'm sure they won't pay the ticket. Wish I could give no stars. And managers are never available when you call. More
