Rick has been at Frederick since 1987, making him the longest tenured salesman in Frederick history. Rick is a graduate of Cedar Crest High School in 1974 and HACC in 1985. He is another proud Veteran at the Frederick organization. After high school, Rick went to basic training & MP school in Fort Meade, MD. He went further South to train in Alabama, became an MPI detective at Fort Clayton in the Panama Canal Zone. Rick worked at Fort Indiantown Gap with the Vietnamese refugees during the Summer of ‘75 before working as a police officer in Lebanon County for 10 years. Finally, he started his career at Frederick and has been here 32 years!!! Thank you for your service, Rick. Rick is an avid Philadelphia Eagles and Cincinnati Reds fan and enjoys playing softball. Worth the Trip! I live in Huntsville Alabama, and have been shopping for a new Silverado. I entered my search criteria online and BAM! The exact truck I had been look I live in Huntsville Alabama, and have been shopping for a new Silverado. I entered my search criteria online and BAM! The exact truck I had been looking for pops up at Frederick's Chevrolet. I initially discounted the possibility of buying this truck because of the distance involved, but then started looking at the price. The dealers around here could not even come close to Fredericks price for a similar truck! I contacted at Frederick's online and started dealing. I decided to make the trip to PA to check out this truck. When I got there they had it sitting right in front of the building, all shined up just waiting for me. The long and short of the story is that, the deal I got at Frederick's was incomparable. I got a great deal on a new truck and even got more for my trade than I had hoped for. Sure, it was a 12 hour drive up there, but the trip back home in my new Silverado was heaven. There were so many people there that went out of their way to ensure that my experience was a good one. I even got to meet the owners Mr. & Mrs. Ferris who are wonderful people by the way. The only way I can describe it is that I was treated like "family". More
