I had a great first car buy experience with Ken. There were no issues when I got to the dealership around what I was promised and that was greatly appreciated. I gave Sloane a 4/5 only because I was waiting for over an hour to finalize the deal, and overall was at the dealership for 5/6 hours. But I would happily work with Ken on my next car purchase! Lovely personality and easy to work with! More
