Rick Dyer gave me all the information I needed for my new 4-runner. I was accustomed to the older models that used a key and required little in the form being familiar with electronics. I had a great first car buy experience with Ken. There were no issues when I got to the dealership around what I was promised and that was greatly appreciated. I gave Sloane a 4/5 only because I was waiting for over an hour to finalize the deal, and overall was at the dealership for 5/6 hours. But I would happily work with Ken on my next car purchase!
