Drove 4 hrs to look at a car that was sold the day before. I saw a car on their website that I was interested in. Emailed & made an appt to look at the car 02/22/20. Emailed 02/19/20 to see if car was still a I saw a car on their website that I was interested in. Emailed & made an appt to look at the car 02/22/20. Emailed 02/19/20 to see if car was still available because the drive to the dealership was over 4 hrs. Was told the car was still available . As we were driving to dealership got an email confirming our appt on the 2017 Honda. When we arrive at the dealership the salesman tells us the car was sold the day before. We were not happy. 4 hr drive, wasted day & confirmed appt. that veh was still there and all we got was "Sorry". Always buy local at a reputable dealer!! More

I was able to negotiate a fair deal on a new Toyota without dealing with the usual games that most dealerships try to play. The price was fair. The process was transparent. The customer service was top notch. I am not always the easiest customer to deal with, but this team had the patience and knowledge to make sure that I was satisfied with all aspects of the purchase.
