We were greeted at the door even though we didn’t have an appointment and said we were just “looking”. When we told Rick the model we were interested in he took us through all the possibilities and some thin appointment and said we were just “looking”. We were able to take the car for a little test drive and even another make that I was planning to look at that happened to be in the lot! We generally keep our cars for a long time so it was nice to have someone so knowledgeable and frank about things since it’s been a few years since we’ve bought a car. It was a very pleasant experience! More
