I give 4.5 stars. The test drive and sales process was easy and stress free. I take a half star away because I had an appointment time to finalize paperwork and pick up the car. Once I got there, I was 3r easy and stress free. I take a half star away because I had an appointment time to finalize paperwork and pick up the car. Once I got there, I was 3rd in line to see the finance guy to finish the deal. I waited for almost 1.5 hours just to get into the seat. Once in the office it took literally 10 minutes and I was on my way. I dont know if the wait was due to covid staff shortages or just a very busy day, but being 1.5 hours late on a scheduled appointment was a bit disappointing. But otherwise it was a great experience. More

I knew I wanted a used CRV for my soon to be 16 year old child. I inquired on a few thru their website. Lori responded promptly to my inquiries, quoted me the internet price, and discussed scheduling an app child. I inquired on a few thru their website. Lori responded promptly to my inquiries, quoted me the internet price, and discussed scheduling an appointment to look at the vehicle for the next day. Since she was working from home, I met with Rick. He was very matter of fact, little chit chat, and mostly concerned with finalizing the sale. Rick processed the information to determine what type of financing I'd be looking at. Due to covid, each desk is set up with plexiglass. It was not at all private with having to provide my personal information such as social security number, date of birth, income, employer, etc, making it very easy for anyone in the showroom to steal my identity. I was approved and Rick and Dave wanted to complete the sale without even letting me know the percentage rate and monthly payment. I left to discuss the sale with my family and to check with one of the credit union's I'm a member of, which provided me with a lower rate. I relayed the information to Rick, he checked with Finance, and they were able to match the lower rate. Dave advised it'd really financially benefit Rick with reaching his quota if I signed and took the vehicle that day since it was the last day of the month. I was agreeable, however, I inquired with Rick what can be done for me as the customer since I was doing him a favor. Dave was willing to provide 2 free oil changes. When I went to pick up the vehicle a few hours later, we inquired if an additional 2 oil changes could be included, making it 4. Dave stated 2 minus 2 equals zero. I felt that was rude, especially since I, as the customer, was making the sale the same day as inquiring on the vehicle to financially benefit Rick and Dave. In the time I was at the dealership, I found Dave to be a punk, curt, rude, and have a superior attitude. We went over to meet with Kevin in Finance. Hands down, great guy who knows his job, took the time to explain everything, and has a great sense of humor. More
