POOR ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER If you are looking for a company that cares about the customer AFTER you purchase a car, then Matt Burne Honda is NOT the place for you. Here is my s If you are looking for a company that cares about the customer AFTER you purchase a car, then Matt Burne Honda is NOT the place for you. Here is my story: We were looking for a used car for our 17 year old daughter. We wanted a safe, RELIABLE car that my daughter could afford. We decided on a 2013 Ford Focus that was just traded in. We put a $500 deposit on the car & was told that it had to go through being checked out by the garage. It seemed to take longer than we expected. We were told that the garage found that the car needed a new transmission. My husband began to have second thoughts on purchasing the car. We were assured by the salesman, Rick, that the car was thoroughly gone over. So, we agreed. After about 1 month of driving the car, my daughter was on her way to school when the car lost power. Luckily she was able to get off the road but she was clearly shaken. My husband contacted the salesman, Rick, & was told to get the car to a Ford dealer & we would go from there. Although my husband has continued to try to contact Rick, WE HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM HIM. The only thing he told my husband in their original conversation was, "What do you expect when you spend $7000 on a car?" I AM ABSOLUTELY APPALLED THAT YOUR COMPANY WOULD INSULT A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT. He didn't seem to have any trouble talking us into spending $7k when the transmission problem arose. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN & WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOU TO SOMEONE ELSE! You should take a lesson from Gibbons Ford. They fixed our car, charged us only half price & called us afterwards to see how the car was running. Now that's a company that cares about it's customers! You might want to take lessons from them. More
