I have been impressed over the years with the quality of the service and the friendliness of the staff. The most important thing though is your honesty and integrity. I remember bringing one of my vehicles in because the fan was making noises. I found out that it was because I had a vent closed, and I wasn't charged. Another dealer might have just replaced the fan and charged me for a new one. I've also asked about other things that needed to be checked, and would be told things like "that air filter doesn't need to be replaced yet". At the same time, I know that the service team always did a thorough job of looking things over and always would make the necessary recommendations. I always appreciated the fact that they did a great job in fixing what needed to be fixed and not trying to sell me "add ons" that weren't necessary. Rick Knettel sold us our first Toyota Corolla back in 1999. When he told us that that car would last us until at least 300,000 miles, I flat out didn't believe him. Well, we still have that car, and it has 320,000 miles on it, and it still runs. The only thing wrong with it is that it burns oil. That, of course, is to be expected. Most other brands of cars are lucky to make it to 150,000 miles. As you can see, I'm totally sold on Toyotas. Rick is the perfect salesman. He is friendly, easy to talk to, and, most importantly, not pushy. He seems to know what we need before we even ask. He does an excellent job of explaining things, and is very patient with us. We just bought a 2020 Corolla from him, with a lot of new technology. Rick took a lot of time explaining everything to us "old people" who don't always understand the latest gadgets. Rick made sure that we understood everything we needed to know about the new car and made us feel like we were his most important customers. He found us a great deal for financing our new corolla, we didn't even bother to check with anyone else for financing. Another great person to work with was Ethan from financing. He did an awesome job of going over our financing and explaining what warranties would be beneficial for us with our driving habits. I really appreciated that he gave us all the options available, pointed out what would be best for us in our situation, and let us decide. He didn't try to sell us what we didn't need. I've been very happy with St. Cloud Toyota over the years and have no desire to go anywhere else for vehicles. I've also told a lot of people over the years what a great job you do and that St. Cloud Toyota people are totally trustworthy. That is more important to me than saving money, although that is great too. Keep up the great work, and don't change a thing. More

I introduced myself to Rick and told him what I was looking at and while we walked outside to look at the vehicle we talked about where I was from and where we each grew up ect. After the test drive we went to his office and agreed on the price. While doing the necessary paperwork Rick and I continued to talk about things that you normally would when building a new relationship. The entire process took less then one hour, it was so simple and easy. Im 52 years old and I have never met a salesman as genuine as Rick K, super nice guy. Oil Change They never reset the computer so the maintenance light is still on for needed maintenance after oil change.
