We took a lot of time trying a lot of different options and he was so patient with us - explaining the benefits of each option and what it would mean for our budget. Ethan did such an amazing job explaining the paperwork portion of the purchase. Making sure he explained things in ways that made sense and were easy to understand - even the "fine print" stuff!
