Had my mother in-law take her Kaia to Auto Park and they treated her like they know her forever and like she bought the car from them, witch she didn't. Mitch and Rick were outstanding in their communication concerning the status of my vehicle while in service. I was disappointed in Ford Corporate that they did not cover more of the cost of the new tran concerning the status of my vehicle while in service. I was disappointed in Ford Corporate that they did not cover more of the cost of the new transmission since they are having so many problems with this year and model (2014:Escape) of vehicle. However, the dealership did what they could and I am extremely grateful for their help. More
